사례관리론 Case Management
이 수업은 사례관리의 중요한 두 가지 키워드를 기반으로 진행된다. 자원연계(조직화)와 사례관리 기법을 포괄적으로 이해·적용하는데 목적을 가진다. 이를 통해 실제 사회복지현장에서 사용할 수 있는 사례관리 이론과 기술을 학습할 수 있도록 한다.

This course is based on two important keywords of case management. It is aimed at comprehensive understanding and application of resource linkage(organization) and case management techniques. This course will enable students to learn case management theory and techniques that can be used in social welfare field.
지역사회복지론 Community Social Welfare
지역사회와 지역사회복지의 개념적 문제를 파악하고 지역사회복지의 실천 과정을 이해한다. 그리고 사회개발, 사회계획, 사회행동 등의 지역사회조직의 모형이 실제로 어떻게 적용되는지를 분석하고 지역사회 차원에서 운영되는 각종 지역사회복지기관을 체계적으로 분석한다.

This course starts with defining the concepts of community and community practice. Students will learn how to organize community group and to implement community projects in order to realize social justice. Community organization models including community development, social planning, and social action are compared with respect to different roles, tasks, skills required for social workers.
프로그램개발과 평가 Social Welfare Program Development and Evaluation
사회복지사들이 프로그램을 통해 서비스를 효율적이고 효과적으로 전달할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 프로그램의 기획, 운영, 평가 등과 관련된 내용으로 교과목이 구성되어 있다. 특히 사회복지 프로그램을 효과적으로 기획하고 관리하며 평가하는 과정에서 제기되는 제반 문제를 다루어 사회복지사들의 실천적 전문성을 보다 증진시키는 데 교육의 초점이 있다.

The course of Social welfare program development evaluation consists of theories and practice skills relating to planning, implementing, and evaluating social welfare programs. This course will help students and practitioners to develop creation of programs and to evaluate scientifically different types of social services
심리측정 및 평가 Integrative Assessment and Evaluation
본 강좌는 사회복지에서 만나게 되는 다양한 내담자들의 신체적 심리적 특성과 사회적 상황에 대한 사정을 진행함에 있어서 면접법 및 다양한 척도들의 활용기법을 배우고 익히는데 그 목적이 있다.

This course is designed to deal with basic skills in administrating various psychological tests and interview practices for the understanding of clients according to the biopsychosocial model.
청소년복지론  
청소년의 사회, 심리, 행동 발달적 특성을 이해하고 청소년들이 가족 및 사회환경과 맺는 유기적 관계를 분석한다. 청소년 복지에 관한 다양한 이론, 정책, 개입방안을 익힌 후, 현재 청소년복지 정책과 서비스의 문제점을 파악하고 향후 발전 방향을 모색해본다.

Understanding the social, psychological, and behavioral developmental characteristics of youth and analyzing the organic relationships that youth have with their families and social environment. After learning various theories, policies, and intervention plans related to youth welfare, we will understand the problems of current youth welfare policies and services, and seek directions for future development.
가족상담 및 가족치료 Family Counseling and Family Therapy
현대사회의 가족문제를 다루기 위한 실천적 과목으로, 가족상담의 개념과 실제를 전통적 체계모델과 혁신적 탈근대주의 모델 중심으로 다룬다. 다양한 가족상담 기법을 접하고, 비디오를 통해 가족문제에 개입하는 상담전략을 학습한다.

This course provides the knowledge of concepts and practice in family counseling, ranged from traditional, systemic models to innovative, post-modern models. Students may learn diverse family problems and techniques for working with families thru group activity, video watching, and role play.
사회복지행정론 Social Welfare Administration
사회복지 행정과 일반 행정의 유사점과 차이점을 이해하고 조직관리, 자원관리, 환경관리, 프로그램 관리 등 사회복지행정의 제반 영역에 속하는 이론과 실천적 기법을 학습하여 효과적이고 효율적인 사회복지기관 관리자로서의 자질을 함양하는데 초점을 맞춘다.

Based on the understanding of the characteristics or human service organization, students will learn theories and practice skills on organizational, resource, environment, and program management. This course will focus on the developing efficient and effective managers of human service organizations.
사회복지현장실습 Field Work in Social Welfare
강의를 통해 습득한 사회복지실천의 방법에 관한 이론과 지식을 바탕으로, 학생들이 사회복지기관 및 시설 현장에서 직접 서비스를 제공하는 실습을 실시하여, 사회복지전문가로서의 기초를 닦고, 이론의 적용 가능성을 스스로 검토, 평가해 보도록 한다.

This course provides opportunities to students to integrate the knowledge gained in the classroom with supervised social work practice and serve at social welfare centers or human service agencies. Students are prepared to work as social workers by making considerations on applying social work theories and methods studied in other classes.
학교사회복지론  
학교사회복지론은 교육기관인 학교의 본질적 목적 달성을 지원하기 위해 필요한 사회복지 지실, 기술 및 가치를 학습하는 과목이다. 학교사회복지의 개념과 역할을 이해하는 것에서 시작하여, 학교사회복지의 역사와 현황, 관련법과 정책, 학교사회복지사의 역할과 실천윤리에 대해 학습할 수 있도록 한다.

School Social Work is a subject to learn social welfare knowledge, skills, and values necessary to support the achievement of the essential purpose of the school. Beginning with understanding the concept and role of school social work, this course enables students to learn about the history and status of school social work, related laws and policies, and the role and practical ethics of school social worker.
놀이치료 Play Therapy
놀이는 아동과 청소년 심리치료뿐만 아니라 가족상담에서도 활용되는 매체 기법으로 진단과 치료적 개입에 유용하다. 이 강좌는 놀이가 갖는 치료적 기능과 놀이치료의 기법을 배우고 아동, 청소년, 가족상담에서 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

Play is a medium technique used in family counseling as well as psychotherapy for children and adolescents, and is useful for diagnostic and therapeutic intervention. This course learns the therapeutic functions of play and the techniques of play therapy and allows.
위기개입과 상담 Crisis Intervention and Counseling
본 교과목은 아동, 청소년, 노인을 대상으로 이들이 처할 수 있는 각종 위기상황과 문제에 관한 이해를 돕고, 위기상황에 대한 상담적 개입방법을 익힘으로써 이들의 정신건강과 복지를 증진할 수 있는 내용을 다룬다.

This course guides students to understand stressors related to diverse crisis situations experienced by children, adolescents, and the elderly and to learn crisis intervention skills that help improving their mental health and well-being.
